How long does it take for my order to process?
For products labeled as “PREORDER” please allow 5-10 business days excluding weekends & holidays for those products to process. With an additional 2-3 business days for transit.

Lost/ Stolen packages
Once your order has been given to the assigned delivery courier (USPS) Soo Tudy J. Is no longer responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If you encounter any of the following please contact USPS directly. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please assure you’ve entered the correct shipping address before payment, however you will be responsible for covering an incorrect address/ reship fee of $5.99
